The Community Services division of DayOne PACT works with individuals of all ages and their families to identify needed supports and services, find community resources to provide these supports and services, and ensure your continuing satisfaction with the supports and services that you are receiving.
All of these programs are available to residents of DuPage, Kane, and Kendall Counties - as well as Hanover Township in Cook County at no charge. If you live outside of one of the counties listed above, we can refer you to the agency that serves you area for these state funded services.
